One of the harder parts about launching a new intellectual property is that it can be hard to explain to a curious audience. That can be doubly so with video games when you have to get your hands on a project to truly understand the feel of the work. That difficulty is part of the reason why gamers see so many sequels. Talking with a group of businesspeople, Yellen defended U.S. controls on technology exports that irk Beijing, saying they are necessary for national security.
